Which kit is right for me?
For primary schools we recommend the Starter Electrical Kit.
This contains everything needed to cover all electrical content in the statutory requirements and additional non-statutory guidance in KS2.
For secondary schools the advanced kit has all electrical equipment to cover the national curriculum at KS3 and GCSE content in Key Stage 4.
If you want individual components, cells, wires or bulbs we also supply those.
What are your shipping costs?
£2.99 for orders up to 1kg
£4.99 for orders between 1 and 2kg,
£7.99 for orders between 2 and 5kg.
£12.99 for orders above 5kg.
Why should we choose Precision Practical over other school suppliers?
The main reason is our experience in education and working with young people. We’ve been there and done it at the front of the class room and in the prep. room for over 3 decades.
We understand the hectic day to day of school, the budget constraints and the need for reliability, so we do everything we can to ensure your time or money isn’t wasted with sub-standard or inappropriate equipment.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all listed prices are VAT exclusive. VAT will be included on your invoice or at checkout.
Where’s my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please drop us an email or use the contact form and we will give you an update.
Does your equipment come with a warranty?
We take pride in the durability of our equipment. All Goods are supplied with a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

Can we get a bulk order discount?
Depending on the size and composition of your order we may be able to offer discount pricing. Please drop us an email or fill in the form on the contact page with the items you would like to order and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Can we order customised kits?
If you do want to customise one of our kits drop us an email or fill in the form on the contact page with the changes you would like to make.
Once we’ve reviewed your request we will let you know if we can make it work, the turnaround time and the cost for your custom kit.
